Route a 28-pin SOIC component to standard headers with this adapter PCB. The two connection rows use a wide DIP-style spacing, supporting breadboard or socket experiments with a compatible package. The board supplies a physical interface rather than circuit functionality, so the selected IC, pin mapping and headers must suit the project.
