Shipping Policy

Everything About Robotics (EAR) sells robotics, electronics, STEM and educational products, components, kits, and related merchandise. Depending on the product, orders may be fulfilled directly by EAR or shipped by a manufacturer, distributor, or other fulfillment partner.

Order Processing and Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, inventory availability, carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Estimated shipping or delivery information will be provided when available, but delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments, particularly when products are fulfilled by different manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment locations. You may receive separate tracking information for individual shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the applicable shipment has been processed by the carrier or fulfillment source.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing items, please contact us promptly at walter@everythingaboutrobotics.com with your order information and, when appropriate, photographs of the shipment or product. We will review the issue and provide appropriate next steps.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, costs, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and restrictions may vary by product and destination. Availability of a product on our website does not necessarily mean that it can be shipped to every destination. Any available international shipping options will be presented during checkout where supported.
