Switch a load and power a controller from one board with this low-side MOSFET and buck regulator combination. The LMR14203 supplies a 3.3-volt output, while an N-channel MOSFET controls the load. A flyback diode supports inductive-load arrangements, and pulling the control input low activates the switched output.
