Experiment with single-zone infrared temperature readings using this MLX90614 evaluation board. An ATmega328 runs demonstration code and an Arduino-compatible bootloader, with an FTDI interface available for loading changes. The sensor supports SMBus or PWM operation, providing an embedded evaluation route for collecting temperature information without a contact probe.
