Measure temperature over I2C with a TMP117 breakout that includes Qwiic connectors. SparkFun specifies ±0.1°C precision over -20°C to +50°C, within a wider measurement range. Installation, thermal contact and operating conditions still matter when evaluating a complete sensing system.
