Connect a serial controller to a vehicle OBD-II interface using the ELM327 command set. This board provides a DE9 connector and a footprint for SparkFun FTDI Basic hardware. Check the vehicle, cable and electrical requirements before connecting; it is a development interface rather than an EAR-tested diagnostic tool.
