The Qwiic Motor Driver connects a compatible controller to two small DC motors without requiring soldering for the Qwiic and screw-terminal connections. I2C control and adjustable addressing make it a useful component for a custom wheeled robot or a motor-control lesson. SparkFun specifies 1.2 A continuous drive per channel with a 1.5 A peak figure. Select the motors and power supply around the continuous rating and the demands of the actual mechanism, rather than treating the peak value as a sustained operating target.
